I don't have any grand goals.
Since last year, I have set a small daily goal through a pedometer app I started using.
That's a daily 10,000 steps walk.
It may seem easy, but for me, walking ten thousand steps was really difficult at first.
It's not as easy as it used to be these days, but I'm still trying to stay consistent.
Whenever possible, walk instead of taking the elevator and use the stairs.
