I was consistently walking, but it was irregular and inconsistent.
I was doing it without a sense of purpose.
I plan to use this opportunity to set a health goal and aim to walk at least 10,000 steps on more than 20 days each month.
Since you also help with meal management, I am setting a goal to lose 3kg for the upcoming summer^^
