Starting from April 67.*, I walked 5,000 steps, went to Starbucks to study for the certification exam, then walked another 5,000 steps, and came to the first school to pick up together.
A few days ago, I replaced walking 10,000 steps with sending my child to school, climbing 16 flights of stairs on an empty stomach five times, stretching, and then studying for a certification.
Today it was 61.6, and my goal is to reach 58 kilograms by June. Fighting!
