2 sessions of personal training, 2 sessions of Pilates
Walking more than 10,000 steps for 5 days
I decided on running 3 kilometers, three times.
I couldn't go for a run the day before yesterday and yesterday because it was too hot.
I have to do it twice more.
I'm going to try to make an effort to keep my goals 😁
