우와 수영 2시간 힘든데. 계속 물속에서 수영을 하신다는거죠? 전 수영가면 최소 1km 안쉬고돌고 오는걸로 하거든요. 그것도 요즘은 안하다 하니 힘들더라구요

This week's health goal is to add 2 hours of swimming.
And every morning, I do fasted cardio running.
Fasting is becoming increasingly difficult.
Why am I so hungry in the morning? Haha
Still, I need to do running as aerobic exercise and strength training, but I don't have enough time.
I should do it even if it's just a little bit at home.
