Summer is coming, but my weight keeps increasing.
This week's goal is to lose 1 kilogram for now.
Let's try to lose weight from this morning's weight by next Sunday.
The target weight is 53, but I went up to 55 and am now gaining again.
When summer comes, clothes get thinner, but I don't understand why my weight keeps increasing.
Once you gain weight, it's hard to lose it, and with just one calorie, you can quickly gain weight even if you only eat a lot of rice.
Removing it is very difficult.
I'm working hard to achieve this week's goal.
