I was stressed over the weekend, so I didn't manage my diet and just ate whatever I wanted.
I will try to have a healthy meal with a heart of reflection again.
I am trying to reduce snacking and avoid eating late-night snacks as much as possible.
And if possible, I plan to walk more than 6,000 steps a day.
Can I do well? Haha
