꾸준히 하다보면 그렇게 되겠죠? 저는 11층살아서 짐이 없을때는 계단으로 올라가려고 노력하는데 아침에 걸어 올라왔더니 7층정도부터 힘들더라구요

I want to try climbing the stairs at least once.
Since it's cold, I went to the first floor earlier and then climbed up to the 12th floor using the stairs.
I started to feel short of breath from the fifth floor onwards.
If I do this consistently, will I not be able to breathe even on the 10th floor or higher?
