I think I've been gaining some weight lately.
I think I need to lose about 2 to 3 kilograms haha
And I need to cut down on coffee snacks...
Well ~ ~ I don't usually drink a lot of coffee.
Still, I think I drink at least one glass a day.
Since I mainly drink sweet things, I should cut down on coffee a bit too, haha.
However, I wonder if I can reduce the snacks haha
I don't have confidence in snacks. ~ ~
First, the goal is
Weight loss. Cutting down on coffee, reducing snacks
I'll try focusing on just three things. Haha.
