I watched YouTube today.
It was a story about someone who did home workouts alone to lose weight.
They say to drink 1 liter for every 25 kilograms.
And they say to drink up to 0.5 liters two hours before exercise.
So, I plan to start drinking 2 liters from today as well, haha.
I have already drunk 1 liter.
I should drink diligently in the afternoon as well.
