I want to challenge myself to do 100 squats a day.
It's difficult to do 100 at once, but doing four sets of 25 doesn't seem too hard.
So I tried 25 in the morning... It wasn't as easy as I thought after not doing it for a while.
And I don't even know if my posture is correct...
I wish a professional could coach me by my side in times like this.
Still, I plan to try the remaining 3 sets.
Please cheer me on so I can achieve it.
