I gained about 5kg because I didn't exercise during the COVID period. I started working hard last year and lost about 4kg, so I'm roughly back to normal.
Just a little more fighting spirit, adding an extra 1kg to the remaining 1kg to challenge a total of 2kg. SNPE rolling is basic, and I won't follow a specific diet, setting the goal until the end of the year.
