My health goal for this week is to eat two meals a day.
Originally, I didn't eat breakfast or dinner and only had lunch between 1 and 2 PM, so I naturally didn't feel hungry and skipped dinner and fasted in the morning for exercise. However, the hospital told me I shouldn't do that and suggested I eat small amounts of food gradually.
