This week's health goal Drink 1 liter of water 2. Walking when the weather is good (hard to walk when it gets cold) 3. Seeing the sky once a day, 4. Quietly have my own time and clear my mind 5. Finish with evening exercise (even a little cycling) I haven't been able to stick to my diet lately. I just completely removed it. Still, I plan to move a lot during the nice autumn weather.
