I found someone to exercise with, so we went to Civic Park together.
After taking a big walk around and exploring every corner, I exceeded 10,000 steps haha
I was happy because I exceeded my original goal of 10,000 steps and thought it might help with weight loss. Haha
And even after walking this much, it's not tiring, so your stamina has improved a lot, which is good.
I'll try this course again tomorrow, and if it's okay, I think I'll keep doing it.
