This week's health goals are to walk 10,000 steps and control my diet.
I have been consistently walking 10,000 steps for over a month.
I think my physical strength has improved a bit, so I plan to keep going.
I feel a bit bloated after eating too much greasy food during the holiday.
So, I plan to control my weight by dieting for the time being.
I will do my best to achieve my health goals this week.
