Last year, I lost 10 kilograms through dieting, and now I'm maintaining my weight by fluctuating between 2 kilograms above and below that. Haha
I can't control my eating, so I haven't even thought about additional weight loss lately, but since summer is approaching, I'm thinking of losing just 3 more kilograms from here.
I lost weight by starving, but only my muscles decreased;;
Exercising diligently without muscle loss
I want to lose only 3 kilograms of body fat~^^
I will definitely succeed and get certified within this year, haha.
With that in mind, I am now heading to do yoga diligently.
