저도 단백질 챙겨먹기가 요즘 목표인데 쉽지 않네요 맛있게 만들기가 ㅋㅋ 응원합니다 ^^

Let's set health goals for this week (September 4th to September 10th).
1. Eat three proper meals a day and recover the original weight (+2kg)
Practice walking exercise (more than 6,000 steps) three times a week / Practice yoga for more than 40 minutes three times.
3. Consuming protein (eggs, chicken breast, protein shakes, etc.)
Drink at least 1 liter of water every day
This week, I diligently ate healthy foods, exercised hard, and lost weight from the cold.
I will try to live healthily with the goal of restoring everything back to normal!
