If you have broad shoulders, you look sturdy.
Pull-ups are considered good for shoulder exercises.
I am not satisfied with just bodyweight pull-ups, so I do weighted pull-ups.
It's called weighted pull-up.
It's doing pull-ups with a weight plate on your waist.
Wear the belt shown in the picture..
The flower of lower body exercises along with shoulders... even squats...
This week is strength training week, so I'm pushing myself even harder.
