This week's health goals are to walk a total of 70,000 steps (10,000 steps a day), drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily, wake up at 7:30 AM, and avoid snacking. But I slipped up and ate snacks!!ㅠㅠ Next week will be tough, but I hope I can avoid snacking. ㅠ
