After rushing through the move in early August, I completely broke the routines I used to keep.
I'm planning to set new health goals with a fresh mindset and live accordingly.
Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning and take probiotics.
Walk for at least 30 minutes in the morning or evening.
Reduce snacks (chips, gummies, etc.) and include nuts and soy milk in your diet.
Reduce instant and delivery food on weekdays and cook home meals.
It's already mid-August. Starting this week, I will live healthily and spend August well.
