There are so many delicious things in the world.

When dieting, if you could only resist one type of food, what would be more beneficial to eat less of? Doctors say it's 'sweet foods.'

Because the sugar in sweets not only easily converts into fat but also harms the body in various ways.

 

According to a survey conducted with 1,000 doctors, the most frequently cited food that should never be eaten during dieting is 💥 'sweets'.

 

▲Sweet foods such as Tanghulu and cake (37.5%)

▲Instant foods such as pizza and hamburgers (21.2%)

▲High-carbohydrate foods such as tteokbokki (18.5%)

▲High-sodium foods such as ramen and stew (12.0%)

▲High-fat foods such as fried foods (9.4%) were the most common.

 

To eat less sweet food, you should develop the habit of checking the 'sugar' content in the nutrition facts on the back of the product. The recommended daily intake of sugar is 50g. If a product contains 20g or more of sugar, it is considered very high, so it is better not to consume it.

 

Glucose increases the risk of weight gain. When the amount of glucose in the blood rises, the body secretes excessive insulin to lower blood sugar levels, which can impair pancreatic function. Due to the large secretion of insulin, if blood sugar drops rapidly, the body mistakenly perceives a lack of glucose and craves more sweet foods. Additionally, if you consume too much glucose relative to your usual physical activity, the excess glucose not used as fuel for physical activity is converted into fat. In the long term, this increases the risk of obesity and diabetes.

    왠지 스트레스를 받으면 더욱더 좋아보이는 음식들이네요. 그런데 한 번쯤 한 번 좀 이렇게 되면서 자꾸 먹는 거 같아요.
    안 먹지는 않는 음식이지만 조금 멀리해야되는 뭔가 어려움이 많은 음식이네요
