What are the proper snacks during a diet? What kinds are there?

Do you bring snacks when you go on a diet?

I personally think it's good to eat to prevent mouth issues even when dieting.

So, what is the right snack to choose when dieting?

Nuts?? Eggs??

6. One Day Cracker

Protein supplements: Conveniently consumable protein supplements help with protein intake and maintaining satiety. However, it is important to maintain an appropriate amount.

 

 

It is important to choose the right snacks and maintain a feeling of fullness even while dieting.

High protein, high fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, etc.
