You need a certain level of basic physical fitness to start exercising or pursue hobbies, but since I lack stamina, my days just end after work. When I get home, I feel like any time after 6 o'clock is just wasted time.
I'm currently taking supplements. I also take Esther Glu, which is well-known. Are there any other supplements you would recommend? Things that are good for health.
