Take Panpirin only during the initial stages of a cold.
While reading the event post, I remembered and found the Panpillin I had hidden at home.
For early cold symptoms, take Panpyrin~ Be careful of colds.
The very familiar promotional phrase also comes to mind.
Since childhood, my aunt had been a severe phenylpiracetam addict, and at some point, my mother also said she couldn't live without phenylpiracetam. There were always several boxes of phenylpiracetam stacked up at home.
When I feel like I have a cold, I take Panpyrin and get plenty of rest, and I often recover as if I had been washed away, so I always made sure to bring it when I traveled.
For a 2 or 3-night stay, 2-3 bottles; for a 4 or 5-night stay, one box; and for stays longer than a week, two boxes... When visiting remote areas or countries with insufficient medical facilities, I remember handing over leftover Panpillin or emergency medicines to local Korean guides, who were very pleased, so I always packed extra.
I also heard that it is good as both motion sickness medication and altitude sickness medication.
The problem is that surprisingly many elderly people are addicted to this medication.
My aunt has already passed away, but she had been addicted to aspirin for a very long time, and my mother also constantly suffered from headaches, apparently taking a box of aspirin every day.
In 2015, you were diagnosed with dementia, and your kidney function worsened, bringing you close to dialysis.
Since then, I have been managing my medication and had to fight a daily battle every morning because of aspirin.
She attends the day care center, and in the morning, she couldn't go without putting two bottles into her bag. At the center, she would complain to the teachers about severe headaches and ask for some Panpyrin. When she comes home in the evening and asks for Panpyrin, if it's not available, she would cry. If she happens to receive one bottle, she would smile brightly with a joyful expression...
As time went by during the COVID-19 period, I even forgot to take aspirin, so I haven't been taking it lately.
I also forgot that I had hidden so many Panphilin in the closet.
I hope there will never be any abuse or misuse, even if it is easy to use and said to be effective.
While researching to write this, I found that for patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, there seem to be many side effects as well.
Panpirin is an early cold remedy, not a headache medicine or a cure-all.
