I don't feel it in my body yet and I don't take supplements, so I don't take them.

There are many different types and there are strong likes and dislikes.
What is something I absolutely must eat?
Lutein, omega-3, chondroitin joint supplements, multivitamins, probiotics, arginine iron supplements, magnesium probiotics, vitamins... all of them.
Am I thinking wrong??
Is there a field that says "this is a must"???
Is the basic diet insufficient??
