저도 위염이 있어서 비타민c 먹을때에는 조심히 먹고 있는데요~ 아무래도 빈속에 먹게되먼 속이 많이 쓰리더라구요~ 그래서 항상 식후에 먹고 있어요~~~ 그럼 속이 안쓰려서 좋더라구요

I have chronic gastritis, so I take Vitamin C immediately after meals. However, even taking it right after eating still causes stomach discomfort. Therefore, I am wondering how one should take vitamins when suffering from chronic gastritis. Is it better not to take vitamins at all? If it is okay to take them, how should I take them? I have heard of neutral Vitamin C; would it be better to take that instead? I would appreciate answers from those with experience.
