I have a very strong appetite. Which one would be better for me, Wigobi or Maunjaro?

I'm really stressed out about my diet these days, so I'm seriously looking into Wigobi and Maunzaro.

I'm not the type to lose weight through exercise, so I always fail more often because of my appetite.

I resolve to go on a diet in the morning before going to work, but I feel hungry again soon after eating lunch.

It’s not like I ate lightly, but after just two or three hours, I really crave snacks, and I feel like I can’t concentrate well unless I have coffee and bread or cookies.

It gets worse when I get home from work, so there are really many days when I eat a late-night snack even after dinner.

I've tried starting to exercise several times, but I only worked hard for the first week or so, and after that, I ended up not going out, using fatigue as an excuse.

I've tried signing up for a gym, doing home workouts, and walking, but I've rarely been able to stick with anything for long.

So, the pattern of always starting a diet only to end with binge eating keeps repeating.

Recently, as I have gained weight, the clothes I used to wear are becoming too small, and since I was told to manage my weight during a health checkup, I felt that I shouldn't put it off any longer.

So, thinking I should reduce my appetite before exercising, I started looking into Wigobi and Maunzaro.

When I look at online reviews, there are so many comments saying that Wigobi significantly reduced appetite, and I also see many posts saying that Maunjaro was more effective for weight loss. However, some people say that Maunjaro suited them better than Wigobi, while others say they switched to Wigobi because Maunjaro made their stomach very uncomfortable, so I really don't know which one to choose.

My biggest concern is that I get hungry very quickly.

I don't feel full for long even after eating, so I keep eating other things.

So, I would like it to be more effective in reducing hunger itself rather than just losing weight.

Another concern is the side effects.

I think it would be difficult to carry on with daily life if I felt nauseous or dizzy all day while working.

So, while the effectiveness is important, I am also curious about the extent of the side effects.

If there are others like me who have a very strong appetite and feel hungry after only a short while, I would like to hear about the changes you experienced if you have tried Wigobi or Maunzaro.

I am curious if it really reduces cravings, if the feeling of fullness lasts a long time, and if it helps even without exercising much.

Also, if anyone has tried both Wigobi and Maunzaro, I would appreciate it if you could let me know what the biggest differences you noticed were. Since these are not inexpensive treatments, I want to continue them for a long time once I start. For someone like me whose biggest problem is controlling my appetite, I would like to hear actual reviews on which option would be better!
