    단백질은 운동을 안할 경우 하루에 체중 1kg당 1.2~1.6g, 운동을 할 경우에는 체중 1kg당 2.0g 섭취해주시면 되요
    운동은 큰 근육군을 쓰는 스쿼트, 런지, 푸시업을 주 2~3회 꾸준히 하시는 게 좋아요
