Is sunscreen necessary on rainy days?

Whether it's a rainy day, a cloudy day, or a sunny day, UV rays are always present, so you should always apply sunscreen.

However, since sunscreen is also a cosmetic product, applying it can sometimes cause stickiness and breakouts, so I usually don't apply sunscreen unless it's a very sunny day.

Usually, when applying makeup, I prefer to use something like BB cream with built-in UV protection instead of applying a separate sunscreen.
