Review of presbyopia treatment at Bright Light Ophthalmology

I had an examination at Bright Light Ophthalmology for symptoms of presbyopia.
I kept having trouble seeing even close-up text. My vision became blurry, and my eyes felt dry and strained, making daily life difficult.

My eyesight is pretty good, but since I can't see things up close, it's even harder to get used to it.

We conducted basic tests, including retinal examinations and screenings for glaucoma and cataracts.
I don't have any other conditions, but I've been told that presbyopia has started.

I was so upset to hear that it is a condition where the lens hardens due to aging, weakening its ability to focus and making near vision difficult. I was prescribed eye drops, and they said it is not yet time for presbyopia correction.

I came here to schedule a follow-up checkup in three months.
