Is it possible to go from 126 blood sugar to 96 in one year?
hello.
I've been noticing my fasting blood sugar levels fluctuating wildly lately, so I'm asking for advice and a question.
My fasting blood sugar level has been maintained within the normal range, around 100.
But the past two years have been dramatic for the party.
About two years ago, I developed the habit of eating various jams as snacks.
A year later, I had a health checkup and received a shocking number of 126.
Since last year, I was so scared that I immediately stopped eating jam and adjusted my diet.
Curiously, a year later, the results of my checkup this year came back up to 96.
Can my numbers change so dramatically just by not eating a single meal?
126 is the standard for diagnosing diabetes, so I'm shocked and can't believe that it returned to normal in an instant with just one diet.
The fasting blood sugar standards I studied are as follows:
Normal: less than 100 mg/dL
Pre-stage (dangerous): 100–125 mg/dL
Diabetes diagnosis: 126 mg/dL or higher
I went to the bottom of the diabetic chin and came back, is this just a simple happening?
Or maybe it's just a powerful warning signal from my body.
I felt the importance of food deeply,
The numbers change so easily that it's confusing what the benchmark is.
Could this be the case??
If anyone has had a similar experience or knows something about it, I'd appreciate some advice!
