My personal method for losing belly fat
Every time I get a health checkup, it always mentions being overweight and needing to lose belly fat. I decided to focus on losing belly fat and chose intermittent fasting and exercise as my methods. To do intermittent fasting, I need to maintain a 16-hour fasting period, but since I work, I couldn't adjust my meal times that much. So, I ate dinner around 6 p.m. and then didn't eat anything until 6 a.m. the next day, except for water. I also went jogging for an hour at 6 a.m. in a fasting state. After doing this for a month, I noticed a significant reduction in belly fat. It's not easy, but if you maintain a 12-hour fast from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and go jogging at 6 a.m. in that state, you can lose belly fat and weight, and maintain a healthy life.
