I've always enjoyed light exercise, but recently, after playing badminton, I've felt much more fatigued than I expected. I'm worried if it's simply due to the intense exercise, or if it could be a sign of declining stamina or another health issue. In particular, I've noticed that my recovery has been slower than usual and my body feels heavier, which is affecting my daily life. Should I simply consider this muscle fatigue and rest, or should I get checked out?
