Hello, I was recommended to undergo laminate treatment this time.

To start with my situation, I didn't realize I had cavities in my front teeth and was going about my daily life until I recently discovered it. Since I am undergoing orthodontic treatment, I couldn't get an immediate diagnosis. After going all the way to Seoul to remove my braces and then receiving a detailed examination, I was told that there are cavities in four of my front teeth. I visited several dental clinics; three recommended root canal treatment, while one suggested resin filling or laminate treatment. Since I didn't experience any pain yet and if root canal treatment isn't necessary, I prefer to do a filling treatment first because they are front teeth. I excluded all the clinics that provided estimates for root canal treatment and selected a dental clinic.

The issue is that during the treatment process, resin may discolor, so I was advised that getting a laminate treatment might be better for the front teeth. However, as far as I know, laminate treatment is known for its excellent cosmetic whitening effect, but I asked the dentist if it makes the teeth more vulnerable to cavities, and they said that is not the case.
