Reasons for persistent pain in the left testicle

What is the reason for the persistent pain in the left testicle?

I am experiencing persistent pain in my left testicle and am very worried. At first, I thought it was just mild discomfort, but the pain has become more frequent and severe, increasing my concern. I don't know why this is happening or if there is a serious problem.

I found that there can be various causes for testicular pain.

I read articles suggesting various causes such as epididymitis, orchitis, varicocele, hernia, testicular torsion, and trauma. However, I am anxious because I am not sure which cause it is.

Especially in cases like testicular torsion, it's an emergency, so you need to go to the hospital quickly. Seeing these things makes me wonder if I'm just wasting time. But honestly, going to the hospital is a bit scary, and I also worry that it might turn out to be nothing after all.

Are there anyone who has had a similar experience to mine? How did you handle it? I want to ask for advice on how long this pain will last and what tests I should undergo at the hospital.
