I did some grip strength exercises with a grip strengthener to build wrist strength when I wasn't in pain.
Gradually increased the number of exercises in this order: 20, 30, 40, 50.
Lately, I've been experiencing wrist pain.
Can doing too much grip strength training cause wrist pain?
Are there any other ways to strengthen wrist muscles?
