Adults, it's tinnitus~

My father started hearing ringing in his ears, so we went to the ENT specialist, and they said it was hearing loss. Even after taking medication, the effect has been minimal.

I'm worried because the search only says that it's not completely cured and that the tinnitus has just decreased.
