침술은 신경과 통증에 특효죠...ㅎ 한방 다이어트는 여기 게시판에 부작용이 많이 언급되어 있긴 하더군요...ㅎ 남은 하루도 좋은 일만 가득하시길 응원합니다...^^
I have had a few instances where my lower back was strained or my neck wouldn't turn properly.
The back pain was so severe that walking was difficult, and the neck pain was so bad that I couldn't turn my head from side to side.
At times like this, my go-to treatment is going to a Korean medicine clinic to get acupuncture. I usually get 1-2 sessions, and after 3-4 days, I feel better. It’s as if the pain never happened. Because of that, I don’t easily trust other remedies, but when I twist something or wake up with pain from poor sleep, I go to a Korean medicine clinic.
I heard about herbal medicine for dieting at a traditional Korean medicine clinic I occasionally visit, but I wonder if it really works.
It might be because I don't know well, so if anyone has really seen effects, please share the information.

YOUGYEONG SEON발목다쳐서 정형외과 가서 물리치료 받는데 아픈부분이 오래가더라구요 침술효과 있다면 다음에는 진료받아 봐야겠네요
