[Concern] Onset of adult atopic dermatitis

I have been experiencing difficult times since childhood due to allergic rhinitis symptoms.

Since last year, atopic dermatitis symptoms appeared on the back of my hands during the change of seasons, and it has started to develop on my ankles as well.

I am personally experiencing that atopic dermatitis can also develop in adults.

I'm worried that the symptoms might worsen or spread to a larger area.

I unconsciously scratch myself while sleeping, which worsens the symptoms, and I keep repeating the cycle of focusing on moisturizing to improve.
