When I lack energy, I think eating meat helps me regain strength. I often eat Samgyetang, but I also occasionally eat pork shoulder boiled meat. For pork shoulder, I drain the water thoroughly and boil it for over an hour to eat as boiled meat, which is quite good.
Dip the sauce in cham sauce and you can add any vegetables you have at home. I think it's okay to add chives, mushrooms, or onions. Using beef bone broth also goes well.
