    식후30분이후 운동해야 운동효과 좋다는 애기에 
    식후 안움직이는데 ((((사실 이이야기핑계로 안움직인거지만요))))))식후10분이라도 움직여야한다는 것이 더 맞는것같아요 이제 핑계그만대고 식후무조건움직이기해야겠네요
