담이오면 무지 고통스럽죠..그런데 정말 오래 가더라고요..한달정도 가는 거 같아요..효과를 보셔서 정말 다행이세요..

I couldn't say I wanted to take a picture when I was receiving treatment...
Sleeping on the same pillow and in the same bed every day
I wake up and go to sleep, but starting from a certain day, I started feeling stiffness in my neck and back. I can't turn my head well, and since I feel stiffness, my body also feels much heavier.
So I endured, thinking I would be okay in a few days.
I went to the orthopedic surgery.
I wondered if this might be frozen shoulder, so I inquired, and after trying a few movements, he/she...
It's not frozen shoulder, haha.
Every time I go to orthopedics, I get an X-ray taken.
That day, I headed straight to the physical therapy room~
Like the first picture, stick it like bubble wrap, then quickly press and release for about ten minutes, squeezing and loosening.
I really like this feeling.
And as shown in the second picture, the teacher applies the gel and then directly rubs it with a stick (honestly, I didn't really feel like I received it well after receiving it, but it's the most expensive one lol. There was a difference in price depending on whether I received this treatment or not).
Finally, my favorite hot compress~
The orthopedic clinic I go to has a massage function built into the bed itself, so while I was applying heat therapy, it gently tapped my entire body, which I found very nice.
After receiving treatment for about 60 minutes, I feel refreshed.
Certainly, I think it's better to get physical therapy and recover quickly rather than stubbornly holding on, but going to the hospital is just too bothersomeㅠ
Don't procrastinate just because it's bothersome like me; make sure to get treatment at a Korean medicine clinic or an orthopedic surgeon.
