My personal healthy dish is to make side dishes with seasonal ingredients. I make dill sauce using fresh dill harvested directly from the field, and I carefully pick only the tender first leaves of chives (they are really soft) and the tender inner leaves of lettuce. I then mix them with various seasonings (homemade soy sauce, plum extract, red pepper powder, sesame salt, sesame oil, garlic), and eating this with a bowl of rice is quick and satisfying. All these ingredients and seasonings are brought from my rural home, making it even more delicious, and I believe that seasonal ingredients are the best medicine.
