요즘은 온찜질이랑 마사지 해주는 용품도 나와서 저도 갖고 있는데~~;;; 은근 충전하고 마사지하는 것도 구찮더라는... 하다못해 손 문질러서 따뜻하게 해서 눈에 대고 있는 것도 좋데요

I am undergoing astigmatism and vision correction.
I had LASIK surgery one year ago.
At some point, it became hard to see clearly again.
The surroundings looked a bit blurry and unclear.
Sometimes I can't read unfamiliar signs or billboards.
I was so upset, thinking my astigmatism had returned after a year.ㅜㅜ
Made a hospital appointment and received treatment.
Dry skin can cause these symptoms.
If you used one artificial tear per day, increase it to 2-3, and apply oil to the tear glands of the eyelids.
It's blocking, so it might look cloudy.
They recommended a hot compress towel pack!
It's only the second day, so we're still observing the road.
Be sure to try it if you have the same symptoms.
Even if you do not have astigmatism, warm compresses are beneficial.
It's a part that is recommended for everyone!

볼매입니다요즘 핸드폰을 너무 들여다봐서 눈이 뻑뻑하고 건조하더라구요ㅜㅜ 난시가 아니래두 피로한 눈을 위해서 온찜질하는 것도 좋겠네요^^
비누마덜눈건강을 위해서는 온찜질을 해주면 좋겠다고 하더라고요.
