What are some ways to get rid of dark circles?

The dark circles under my eyes have worsened with age. Now they are so deep that makeup can't cover them anymore, so I thought I should find a solution. I came across lower eyelid fat repositioning. Honestly, I don't really prefer procedures that involve cutting into the eyes, and after looking into potential side effects, I also feel worried. If I go through surgery and the dark circles aren't removed or if I need a revision later on, I think I would be upset. Is this procedure really effective for dark circles?

눈 아래가 얇아서 혈관이 비쳐서 어두워 보이는 경우 지방재배치가 효과가 없을 수 있어요 
눈밑지방재배치는 눈밑 지방으로 불룩 튀어나오고 늘어지고 어두워보일 경우 도움이 될 수 있어요 
그외 색소침착으로 어두울 경우 레이저 치료가 도움됩니다
