My knee joint pain is getting worse over time. It is especially severe when walking up and down stairs, on uphill and downhill paths. These days, I sometimes feel pain even when walking on flat ground. Additionally, shoulder joint pain is also worsening. It is particularly intense when lifting heavy objects or carrying heavy bags, and my shoulders feel stiff and painful when sitting for a long time. When I try to loosen up by gently rotating my shoulders, I hear a cracking sound. Should I take joint medication? Will exercise help improve the condition? I don't know what to do.
