How do you usually manage leg numbness?

My legs often feel numb.

Winter is somewhat okay, but from spring to fall, it's not.

Especially when the weather starts to get hotter like these days, it happens every day.

Sometimes it gets worse in the evening and it's hard to fall asleep.

 

My leg feels a bit better after getting a massage.

It's not good to rely solely on massages every time.

Taking the medication feels a bit burdensome because I am quite sensitive to medicines.

 

It seems like a common symptom that occurs with aging.

How do people like me who experience leg numbness usually manage it?

Are there any good ways to practice in daily life?

    요즘은 저림 증상이 거의 사라졌습니다.
