저는 운동화 안신고 워커신다가 급 족저근막염 생겼는데요. 신발 바꿔신으니 통증은 완화 되었지만 요즘도 무리하면 바로 통증 나타나더라구요. 무리 안하는 방법 밖에 없는건지;;

I usually only walk quickly on the treadmill and don't run for aerobic exercise.
Recently, I started interval running, and I began to experience pain in my feet.
My knees have always been a bit problematic, so when I started running, I think the weight was putting pressure on my calves and ankles, causing pain to begin.
I tried changing my running shoes and correcting my landing posture, but I gave up and stopped running ㅠ
So, the pain naturally disappeared.
At this rate, I don't think I'll ever be able to learn... I'm curious about how those who are learning feel.
