Healthy Cheonggukjang (Fermented Soybean Paste)

This is a very healthy fermented soybean paste. It's okay to buy the fermented soybean paste from the market and cook it, but I used the one my mother gave me from the countryside, making it even healthier. When cooking the fermented soybean paste, adding some kimchi and plenty of vegetables makes it really hearty and delicious. Since drinking too much broth isn't good for blood pressure, focus on eating the solid ingredients. Also, add plenty of tofu to supplement protein.
